The Ottawa Tug: This veteran tug was built in 1914 by Johnston Brothers Boiler Works of Ferrysburg, Michigan as the passenger ferry Ottawa for the Grand Rapids, Holland and Chicago Railway.

It was sold to the Cleveland-Cliffs Iron Company in 1925. O.W. Lang of Mackinac Island, Michigan acquired the Ottawa in 1941.

It was then acquired by Arnold Transit in 1946 and used to ferry passengers between Mackinac Island and the mainland. Sears Marine Construction of Traverse City, Michigan acquired the vessel in 1959, and it was converted to a towing vessel in 1960.

Ottawa was sold to Walstrom Dredge & Dock of Harbor Springs, Michigan in 1964. Still in use today, but with little service.

Paper Prints:

Kodak Endura It is considered a luster finish. In other words, a light semi-matte finish. So gloss and sheen are not present, yet it is sharp and bright. It exhibits vivid color with a good balance between contrast and subtle gradations. I think Kodak Endura Luster is the perfect balance between gloss and matte -- a true professional finish. Endura paper has a life of over 100 years in typical home display and is Ph Neutral.

Metal Prints:

Metal prints represent a new art medium for preserving photos by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets. The image is infused into the surface and not on it, your images will take on an almost magical luminescence. The ultra-hard scratch-resistant surface is waterproof/weatherproof and can be cleaned easily Xenon Light Stability Testing results show that the image stability of metal prints is 2 to 4 times the image stability of traditional silver based photo papers.
