Ottawa Tug: This veteran tug was built in 1914 by Johnston Brothers Boiler Works of Ferrysburg, Michigan as the passenger ferry Ottawa for the Grand Rapids, Holland and Chicago Railway.

It was sold to the Cleveland-Cliffs Iron Company in 1925. O.W. Lang of Mackinac Island, Michigan acquired the Ottawa in 1941.

It was then acquired by Arnold Transit in 1946 and used to ferry passengers between Mackinac Island and the mainland. Sears Marine Construction of Traverse City, Michigan acquired the vessel in 1959, and it was converted to a towing vessel in 1960.

Ottawa was sold to Walstrom Dredge & Dock of Harbor Springs, Michigan in 1964. Still in use today, but with little service.
